"We hired Kitchens by Ambiance to design and order cabinets for our two bathrooms and kitchen. The cabinets were installed by our general contractor. During the design, Jim was nice enough to come on site several times to optimize the design and ensure that the contractor understood what we were trying to achieve. The result was just what we were looking for. Jim gave us some great ideas with cabinet features that we just love! If we have the opportunity again, we will contact Kitchens by Ambiance."

"We had been renting our condo for a number of years until our tenant's lease ran out in June. Now that we're retired, we decided to move into our condo and a kitchen remodel was a major step in freshening up our condo.
Downsizing from a 4,400 square foot home to a 1,400 foot condo has been challenging. But the new space saving functionaity of the new kitchen has made it possible. The increased height (from 30 inches to 36 inches) on our upper cabinets has made a significant amount of storage space that we didn't have before. We chose KitchenCraft Cabinets because they have a high-quality product at a great value. We also chose quartz countertops from MSI because they are non-porous, which never need sealing, and they're easier to disinfect.
Jim and Dan made it super easy to work with them remotely from Stanford, CT. They communicated with us through phone, email, and text. Working remotely, we were able to have the kitchen cabinets installed before the movers brought all of our things into the condo. This was our 4th kitchen renovation and it was the smoothest out of all of them."

Everyone involved in the process made certain to minimize the risk of Covid-19 exposure both in their offices and in my home.
The cabinets arrived ahead of schedule, even in the midst of the pandemic. I never imagined I could have a kitchen that might be found in a million-dollar home until I went to Kitchens by Ambiance! Thanks again!"

"We had a kitchen in mind before we contacted Kitchens By Ambiance in September. We started working with Dan and felt he was a good fit for us. We became aware of some new features of a kitchen that we had not known about such as automatic opening doors. Working with him was great! He suggested a major modification to our original countertop design that, as it turns out, was a great idea. It's so much more functional and open.
It took about 2-3 weeks to get our kitchen designed, a few weeks to get the cabinets made and shipped. They began construction in early December and the project was completed by Christmas.
What we like most about working with Kitchens By Ambiance is that they were very quick, very efficient, and anytime there was an issue, they took care of it immediately."

"We chose Kitchens by Ambiance based on our friends' recommendation. They live in the same community as us and we loved what Ambiance had done in their kitchen but we still wanted to do our due diligence and get a few other quotes.
In the end, we decided to go with Ambiance based on a combination of price, our friends' praise, and communication with the project manager. They worked on our kitchen while we were away for the summer. What impressed us most was the level of communication that the project manager maintained with us while we were up north.
As contractors ourselves, we definitely felt like we were on the same page with our manager. He was very flexible and spent a lot of time discussing our workflow and the details of the kitchen. We love the way our kitchen turned out and intend on rehiring Ambiance to remodel our three bathrooms in the near future."

"We selected a private contractor named Kevin Johansen who strongly recommended that we work with Ned at Kitchens by Ambiance. We went with our interior designer to their show room in Bonita Springs where we worked with Ned who helped us choose countertops, hardware, and cabinetry for our kitchen, bathrooms, and laundry room. Initially the cabinetry took a while, probably about a month, to receive. But once it came in, Tom immediately came to our house to begin the installation process.
We can’t say enough good things about Tom. As an installer he is amazing. He wouldn’t settle for anything that was less than perfect on the cabinets. In fact two or three times the cabinetry measurements were slightly off. He would alert Ned who would then call the factory to ensure perfection. While some people might think that is an inconvenience, I am quite pleased that Kitchens by Ambiance goes the extra mile to make things right at no extra cost to the customer.
Once the project was finished, Ned asked if we were happy with everything which we definitely are! We have received numerous positive comments from our friends and neighbors. We highly recommend Kitchens By Ambiance."

"We initially consulted with Kitchens By Ambiance because we liked what we saw in their showroom. We had gone about 4 or 5 times, had video presentations and all sorts of stock photos to get ideas.
We worked with Dan Smith who came to measure our kitchen, took some pictures, and gave us some models to see how our future kitchen would look.
We wanted Kitchens By Ambiance to remove the wall between the kitchen and living room. They were to replace all of our cabinets with white ultracraft® cabinets that went up to the ceiling. We asked to have new granite countertops installed with larger counter space too. We were pleased with the subcontractors that they chose: the electricians, plumbers, etc were on time and always cleaned up before they left.
We especially liked that they set up a microwave oven while we were still living here so that we could cook and placed cardboard on top of our cabinets while we were awaiting the delivery of our countertops. Kitchens by Ambiance also installed new accent lighting underneath our cabinets and kept our existing appliances which were only 2 or 3 years old.
I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family because they did everything they said they were gonna do and they were much less expensive than the competing quotes we received."

"Kitchens by Ambiance installed our new kitchen in the fall of 2018. Dan Smith was our project manager and he guided us every step of the way from beginning designs to the final day of completion. I have installed a new kitchen before, and the expertise and professionalism of everyone involved far surpassed my vision. Our house was built in 2000 and did not have an open concept from kitchen to family room.
Dan removed the existing wall after carefully considering structure, function of the kitchen, and how it would impact the look of the entire house. Wow, what a dramatic change it has made. We have a gorgeous kitchen, and one we enjoy cooking and entertaining in! Our kitchen is PERFECTION.
It was completed in a timely manner and all contractors were here as scheduled! Kitchens by Ambiance greatly improved our home and we are so happy!"

"My husband and I bought a home in Bonita Springs in 2013. The home was built in 1992 so the kitchen and bath were in need of updating. We also wanted to add a wet bar to the living room. Since we were new to the area and part time residents, we were unsure about securing a contractor. I happened to walk into Kitchens By Ambiance to look at products. I then met Jim Gerard. We felt comfortable with Jim as soon as we met him. He was courteous and informative. He understood our concerns regarding remodeling work when we lived in another location. The consultation and design meeting left us that Jim and his company were the perfect contractor for our project.
Jim worked meetings into our traveling schedule. His crew did a great job of keeping the demolition mess cleaned up. Most of the work was done within the time parameters agreed to. Jim easily coordinated work with other subcontractors. Jim kept us informed regularly and would provide pictures of progress.
